Stephen Mathieu
Owner
Stephen Mathieu, founder and owner of LFS Tax Group, LLC and Legacy Financial Solutions, Inc., received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the UMass-Amherst. He has also earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designations.
Steve has taught courses in tax, business and estate planning. He has taught CE courses for the NH Society of CPAs, the NH Bar Association and the NH Society of Financial Service Professionals. He has conducted hundreds of educational workshops for the public and professional groups and has written numerous articles dealing with financial and estate planning issues.
Steve is a past President of NH Society of Financial Services Professionals and past Continuing Education Chair for NAIFA NH. He has appeared as a guest on radio and television programs including CBS Good Morning and his articles have appeared in the Elder Law Journal of the American Bar Association, as well as Wall Street Select, ABC, CBS, CEO World Magazine, Fox and NBC.
A Partner in the Community. Steve received the Paul Harris Fellow award from Rotary International for his community service. He is a co-founder of the St. Catherine School Charitable Foundation and the St. Joseph School Charitable Foundation. He is a well-known hockey coach in New Hampshire, having coached many years with the NH Jr. Monarchs and most recently with Central High School in Manchester, NH. Steve also served 10 years on the Board of Directors for The New Hampshire Legends of Hockey.
Diane Rohde
Diane Rohde is a CPA with LFS Tax Group. Diane is a member of both the AICPA and the New Hampshire Society of Certified Public Accountants. She ran her own firm, Diane B. Rohde CPA PLLC, for two decades before merging with LFS Tax Group. Diane takes pride in the level of personal attention and reliability she offers every client. When not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.
Robert DiLorenzo
Robert DiLorenzo is a tax preparer and accountant at LFS Tax Group. In 2018, Rob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Monmouth University. After passing the CPA Exams in May 2021, he joined LFS Tax Group. In his spare time, Rob enjoys playing guitar, reading and being outdoors.
John Berrigan
John Berrigan, is an accountant and tax preparer at LFS Tax Group. John graduated from Plymouth State in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in accounting. He joined LFS Tax Group in September of 2023 after passing the Enrolled Agent exams. In his free time John enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
